❓ Will it really chop onions, or is it just a toy?
It chops onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, pilipili and dhania. Peel, cut the onion in four, fill the bowl no higher than two thirds, and use short presses.
And you do not have to trust us. Open the box at your door, press the button, then decide.
❓ What if it stops working after a week?
You have 7 days to return it for any reason. We collect it, we pay the return and you get your cash back. After that, call or WhatsApp our team. We are a real team here in Kenya, not a website overseas.
❓ Is the bowl big enough for my family?
Honestly, the bowl is small. It is made for everyday amounts: an onion, a few tomatoes, a handful of garlic. For a big pot, do two or three quick rounds.
For bigger jobs, use the slicing disc. The slices drop straight into your sufuria, so there is no bowl to fill.
❓ Can it mince meat or grind my spices?
No. It is made for fresh, soft food: onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, pilipili, dhania and cucumber. It is not a meat mincer, and it will not grind dry spices or hard seeds.
We would rather tell you now than disappoint you later.
❓ How do I charge it and wash it?
Charge it with the USB cable and any phone charger plug (the plug is not in the box). Charge it fully before the first use.
To wash: a drop of soap and some water in the cup, a five-second press, then rinse the cup and blade under the tap. Never put the handle under water, just wipe it.
❓ My onion turned into paste. Is that normal?
Yes. It means you held the button a little too long. It only runs while you press, so short taps give pieces and a longer hold gives paste.
After two or three suppers, you will have your rhythm.
